Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of Hotel Lobby AI (hotellobby-ai.app) ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account, upload photos or buy credits. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. What the service does

You upload two photos, one for each performer. An AI model uses them to make a short video of the two performers sharing one hanging microphone in front of an orange backdrop.

The video is generated by AI. Faces, gestures, mouth movement and framing can differ from your photos and from what you expected, and the same two photos can give different results each time. The service does not include the original song, the original recording or any licensed music.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, the Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what you can get back.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@hotellobby-ai.app if you think someone else has used it. One person may not open several accounts to get around limits or collect credits.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Prices. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before you pay. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Plans. We sell monthly and annual plans. A monthly plan adds its credits at the start of each month; an annual plan adds a full year of credits at the start of each year.
• Credit packs. A credit pack is a one-time purchase that adds credits to your balance. You need an active plan to buy one. Packs do not renew.
• Credits. Making a video uses credits. The number of credits a video costs is shown before you confirm it. If a video fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for money.
• When credits expire. Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period they were added for: the end of the month on a monthly plan, the end of the year on an annual plan. Unused plan credits do not roll over. Credits from a credit pack do not expire, and you can still use them after you cancel your plan. The credits that expire soonest are used first.
• Automatic renewal. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annual, and you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. If you started a plan at a promotional price, it renews at that same price until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 15 days before it applies to your next renewal.
• Cancelling. You can cancel a plan at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan and its remaining credits stay available until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you think you were charged in error, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can fix it quickly.

5. The photos you upload

Each time you upload a photo, you confirm that:

• you are the person in the photo, or the person in the photo has agreed to appear in the video;
• the person in the photo is 18 or older;
• the person in the photo is not a celebrity, politician or other public figure, unless you are that person or have their written permission;
• you own the photo or are allowed to use it.

You keep whatever rights you have in your photos. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to the service providers that generate and check your video, only as needed to run the service for you. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models and we do not sell them. How long we keep them is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Your videos

• Ownership. As between you and us, the videos made for you are yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
• Private by default. Your videos stay in your account. We do not post them to a public gallery or use them in our marketing without your permission.
• Third-party rights. The scene is based on a well-known music performance that belongs to its rights holders. We cannot and do not give you any rights to that performance, its song, its recording, its choreography or the show it was filmed for. If you add music or other material when you post a video, you are responsible for having the rights to it.
• How you use them. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos. We do not promise that a video is cleared for advertising or other commercial use.
• Be honest about what they are. Your videos are AI-generated. Do not present one as real footage of a real event, or use one to suggest that a person or brand said, did or endorsed something they did not.

7. Acceptable use and content checks

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no photos of people who have not agreed, no minors, no public figures without permission, no nudity or sexual content, and no videos made to deceive, harass or defame anyone.

We may check photos and videos with automated tools and human review. We may refuse a request, remove content, pause generation on an account, and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Checking helps us enforce the rules; it does not make us responsible for what you upload or how you use your videos.

8. AI output disclaimer

Videos may be inaccurate, may not resemble the people in your photos, and may be unsuitable for your purpose. Review every video before you share it. You are responsible for the videos you download and share.

9. Independence and third-party names

Hotel Lobby AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the artists, the show or the labels behind the original performance. The name describes the online trend the tool is built around. We claim no rights in the song, its title, the recording, the performance or the show, and any names that belong to others remain the property of their owners.

The website's software, design and our own original content belong to us or our licensors, and these Terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the service.

10. Copyright and removal requests

If you believe a video made with the service infringes your rights, or you appear in a video you did not agree to, follow the process on our Copyright & Removal Requests page. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account, without refund of credits already used, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if the law requires it, or to protect the service, other users or the people shown in uploaded photos. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from the photos you upload, the way you use your videos, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 15 days' notice by email or in the service before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using the service and cancel any renewing plan before they take effect.
